  • Efficiency Rebates for Your Business
  • Has your equipment reached the end of its life?
  • Are you experiencing frequent down time?
  • Are outrageous maintenance costs adding up?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, it's time to replace your old equipment and let the City of Palo Alto Utilities (CPAU) pay part of the cost.

Our goals are to help you reduce your utility bills by being more efficient on your energy use AND to help you reduce the production of greenhouse gases.  To help you do this, CPAU is offering financial incentives to Palo Alto businesses for installing efficient equipment. We want you to upgrade to more efficient equipment that will be better for your bottom line and the planet.

We're offering rebates on a range of eligible equipment for every kind of business, so you can choose from our menu of eligible technologies and add up your benefits. The rebate amounts will vary, depending on the technology you install.

Your business will realize financial and other benefits,
for example:

  • Improved cash flow due to lower energy costs
  • Added value to your business or property
  • Improved comfort for customers and employees
  • A new competitive edge.
