The Household Hazardous Waste events are for Palo Alto residents only, and are held only on the following days, from 9 am until noon (and 3pm to 5pm for Friday events twice a year) at the Water Quality Control Plant.
The Water Quality Control Plant is at the end of Embarcadero Way, which is just across from the golf course.
