Effective March 15, 2006, all Hazardous Materials Business Plans (HMBPs) and Registration (‘Short’) Forms must be submitted electronically via the Unidocs website (www.unidocs.org) or by submitting via email or CD an Excel or tab-delimited format provided by the department. This will allow us to provide critical information to emergency personnel more effectively. If you submit a paper HMBP or Registration Form, we will enter the information into Unidocs and charge you for the data entry costs. The current fee is $45/hour with a one hour minimum.
