Overview
In July 2010, City Manager James Keene kicked off an effort to redesign the customer experience at the Development Center in Palo Alto. By October 2010, the project blueprint was in place. City staff, leadership, and customer teams have been set up to design and implement structural changes that improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience at the Development Center. This initiative will be fully implemented by September 2011.
All the documents and changes adopted through this initiative will be posted here. City staff will update this page frequently to highlight changes, major milestones, and final accomplishments achieved during the course of this innovative collaboration between City staff and the customers of the Development Center.
