LINK+ is a cooperative book-lending program between many public and academic libraries in California and Nevada. LINK+ provides an easy way for you to search for and request titles not available in the Palo Alto City Library. Your requested items will be delivered to Palo Alto at no cost to you.
Books, government documents, and music scores are available to borrow. Media and other types of materials are not available through LINK+. You must have a valid Palo Alto City Library card to use LINK+.
Pick up your requested item from the Main Library, 1213 Newell Rd.
Note: You’ll be notified by email or mail when your book has been received; or you can check the status of your request from your LINK+ account.
Return the item back to the Main Library within the 3-week loan period, or request a one-time 2-week renewal.
Please see the LINK+ Lending Policies and LINK+ FAQ's for more information about this service, including the special borrowing policies that apply to LINK+ items.
The Library is offering LINK+ as a two-year pilot project jointly funded by the Friends of the Palo Alto Library and the City of Palo Alto.
