Adult Beginner Swim Lessons: This class introduces adult swimmers to basic swimming techniques such as floating, front glides, back glides, front kick and back kick. Freestyle and backstroke will be introduced. This course is for beginners with little to no water experience and swimmers with basic skills who want to improve their stroke technique.
Deep Water Aerobics: Water fitness uses a combination of strength training and cardio vascular exercises to ensure a great workout with minimal stress to joints. Participants wear flotation belts and do not need to know how to swim should feel comfortable in the water.
Adult Private Swim Lessons: Students receive one-on-one swim instruction with a skilled and enthusiastic instructor.
