Rental applications are available by mail or in person at the main counter at Lucie Stern, Mitchell and Cubberley Community Centers during regular business hours. Please make rental arrangements directly with the facility which you are interested in reserving. Please note that the Lucie Stern Community Center handles all facility bookings for the Mitchell Park Community Center.

Rooms may be reserved up to twelve months in advance of an event. While available dates may be confirmed in person or over the telephone, an application must be submitted before a date can be reserved.

All facility rentals require proof of general liability insurance naming the City as additionally insured for a minimum of $1,000,000. The City can provide this coverage for a fee, please ask the facility coordinator for more information.

The Peers Park Field House is available for rental by Palo Alto residents for events such as family picnics and birthday parties. Rental fees are $20 per hour, reservations may be made as far as six months in advance. For more information or to make a reservation, please call 650-463-4900.
