The Center's beautiful grounds and facilities offer the perfect setting for meetings, retreats, weddings, and receptions. Guests are welcome to enjoy our galleries and art studios during regular hours. Rental spaces include a meeting room for up to 40 people; an auditorium that seats 180 people with a small stage and PA system; a sculpture garden offering a beautiful outdoor setting for parties up to 250. A small kitchen is also available.
Auditorium
The Auditorium is an inviting space that is ideal for recitals, concerts, lectures, films and receptions. The large wooden floor room has a stage, sound baffles, stage lights, built-in projection screen, vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows for natural light. The 36’ x 16’ stage, and 36’ x 45’ main floor, comfortably accommodates 180 in theaterstyle seating, 80 for dining. Two grand pianos, PA system, lectern and microphones are available.
Greenroom
Conveniently located off the Auditorium, the Green Room is well suited for meetings or waiting room for performers. The 25 ’x 18’ Green Room accommodates 20, and is equipped with conference table, chairs, blackboard and a beautiful view of the Sculpture Garden.
Sculpture Garden **
This privately enclosed garden offers 6,487 square feet of patios with lawn areas, lush mature trees, shrubbery and modern sculptures. The Sculpture Garden provides convenient privacy for 300 reception guests, 150 for dining. A large parking area is adjacent to a separate entrance to this garden area.
Meeting Room *
Located off the main gallery lobby, the Meeting Room measures 37’ x 17’. The Meeting Room is perfect for meetings or lectures of 50 people or fewer. This inviting space is equipped with a large dropdown projection screen, tables and chairs. Fully carpeted, this space features several pieces of art and large windows with blinds.
Courtyard **
This well-kept secret is a beautiful space that is centrally located in the Art Center, perfect for parties, receptions or an informal meeting. With a brick patio, built-in bench seating surrounding a small pond and water garden, mature trees and shrubbery, this 3,788 squarefoot space is a unique open-air venue with a capacity of 125 for receptions.
Kitchen
Adjacent to the Courtyard, the Kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove/oven, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and microwave oven with limited counter space. This space has large windows that allow for natural lighting and measures 21’ x 32’. The Kitchen is great option for an informal meeting or a birthday party, comfortably holding 30 guests.

How to rent the facility:
Rental applications are available by mail or in person at the Art Center during regular hours, Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 5pm, Sundays 1– 5 pm and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings 7–10pm. Rooms may be reserved up to 12 months in advance of an event. While available dates may be checked in person or by phone, an application must be submitted before a date will be held. All facility rentals require proof of general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured for a minimum of $1,000,000. The City can provide coverage for a fee. Due to building security, and the need for staff direction during equipment and room set-up, a Facility Attendant is required during most of our rentals and ALWAYS during the time the building is closed. Certain other conditions and restrictions may apply to rentals. *Non-profit rates are subject to specific event guidelines. Please consult the facility rental coordinator for specific details.
