NOTE: Effective 07/01/04 on all construction projects there will be a non-refundable fee charged for plans and specifications in the amount of $26 for projects estimated to cost up to $100,000 and $52 for projects estimated to cost beyond that amount. Cash, or business, cashier's, or personal check, or credit cards will be accepted as payment (currently only Visa and MasterCard are accepted). | RFP 134955- Electric Efficiency Financing Program for Business; Third Party Administrator The City of Palo Alto is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide services under this Request for Proposal (RFP) to contract with one or more non-government organizations (NGOs or Consultants) to design and implement a business electric efficiency loan program, provide loan management services and provide evaluation measurement and verification (EM&V) for CPAU’s utility-financed zero-interest business electric efficiency loan program. Customer service is a particularly important aspect of the NGO’s service because the NGO will, essentially, be representing CPAU when interacting with CPAU customers and contractors. In addition, the NGO will be responsible for assuring operation in accordance with applicable laws. The required services are described in the Scope of Services.
