Description: Deaf Services of Palo Alto offers American Sign Language interpreting services for the deaf and hard of hearing. This program offers interpreting services for classes, business meetings, training sessions, conferences and medical appointments. A resource center of information and referrals to Deaf Counseling Advocacy and Referral Agency (DCARA) is in San Jose. DSPA began in 1990 and has a long list of satisfied customers.
