Description: 
The Palo Alto Adult School operates a large community education program as an extension of the Palo Alto Unified School District (PAUSD). Classes include programs for adults with disabilities, arts and crafts, citizenship, computer applications, foreign languages, health and fitness, high school GED preparation, home economics, music, programs for older adults, and vocational education. The Adult School also has a model Pre-School Family parent education program, an excellent English as a Second Language program, and an F.A.A. approved vocational training class in aircraft mechanics. The website www.immigrantinfo.org has a list of ESL classes all over Santa Clara County.
