database. The information is updated by the agency, organization or program

Description: Provides services to the homeless and very low-income people through a variety of programs and outreach activities. Opportunity Service Center located between Town & Country Shopping Center and the Palo Alto Medical Foundation at 33 Encina Avenue, Palo Alto. It is open M-F from 8am-4pm.
The Clothes Closet is located at the Opportunity Service Center, 33 Encina Avenue, Palo Alto. Open Wednesday 11am-3pm. Donations can be dropped off M-F from 8am-4pm.

The Breaking Bread Program provides either lunch or dinner at various churches in Palo Alto or Menlo Park on designated days. The Downtown Food Closet provides food to the homeless and very-low income persons at All Saints Church, 425 Hamilton Avenue near Waverley, M-F, 10-3:30. The Clothes Closet, located at Holy Trinity Church at 330 Ravenswood in Menlo Park is open every Wednesday afternoon between 1 and 4 pm. The Urban Ministry offers the Hotel de Zink in Palo Alto.
