Description: To help address our patients' questions and concerns, and to provide an important service to the community, PAMF has developed a Community Health Resource Center. The Center, staffed by a registered nurse, offers information and support for patients and other community members who wish to make informed decisions regarding their health and wellness. PAMF physicians and staff carefully review the Center's materials to ensure their reliability and accuracy. The Center is a private, comfortable and friendly area where a nurse educator and trained volunteers are available to assist you in obtaining the information you need. Guidance is provided on a drop-in basis or by appointment. Up-to-date information is offered in multimedia formats. Services are provided to PAMF patients and other members of the community free of charge. All services are confidential.
