Description: 
The Palo Alto Neighborhood Disaster Activities (PANDA) program trains residents in the Standardized Emergency Management System (SEMS). Training also includes small fire suppression, search and rescue, and medical assessment to name a few topics. The intended audience for this newsletter is PANDA members, potential PANDA members, Palo Alto employees and other certified program members.
