Description: For referrals to child care providers in their area, callers can reach counselors on the 4Cs Referral Phone Line at (650) 655-6777. The phone line operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM-5PM. Call 650-266-8843 for Licensing information. The 4 C's of San Mateo County provides comprehensive referrals for licensed family day care homes and centers, infant care, full day child care, preschools, and extended day care. Maintains subsidy waiting list for income-eligible families. Prenatal to Three program. Provides training, support, and professional development for child care providers and parents. Provides business planning and facilities financiing assistance to the field. Manages funds for child care facilities grants and technical assistance for renovations, quality improvement and expansion.
