Palo Alto, CA - The City of Palo Alto's Information Technology staff will be doing maintenance work on the City's phone system on Sunday morning, September 27 between the hours of 3 - 7 a.m. During this short time period, most City phone numbers will not be functioning, including the non-emergency phone number to the City's Communications Center 650-329-2413.
The 9-1-1 system will be functioning normally. In case of emergency, please use the 9-1-1 phone number.
If there is a need to speak with Palo Alto dispatchers regarding any non-emergency matters during this time period, please use the following phone numbers:

Normal phone service is expected to resume at 7a.m., Sunday morning. Thank you for your understanding.
